Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals across the UK using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, networking events, etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical technology roles (e.g., software engineers, solution architects, DevOps engineers, cloud specialists, etc.).
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate personas, and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Stay updated on UK recruitment trends, market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Preferred:
- Prior experience recruiting for contract IT positions in the UK.
- Familiarity with UK compliance and hiring practices.
- Experience using modern ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools.
Total Experience Expected: 05-08 years
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically for roles based in the UK region.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
- Excellent understanding of technical job roles, skills, and market landscape in the UK.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet hiring targets.
- Experience working with global teams or clients is a plus.
