We're looking for a Senior GTM Executive – FMCG to join our Consumer team in Sydney. Our Consumer team acts as a trusted advisor to Quantium's Consumer and FMCG clients, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations across promotional activity, category, marketing and brand strategy. This role sits within our wiqConsumer Business Development team, driving new revenue across five product and solution areas – Q.Checkout, Q.Digital, Q.Innovation, Consulting & Insights, and Daily Store Level Scan and Field Vision APIs – as part of the team's most ambitious commercial plan in years.
Sitting at the intersection of sales, content and technology, you'll build the tools, materials and processes that let our Business Development and Client Partnership teams sell more effectively – spending less time on tasks that pull them away from clients, and more time in the right conversations with the right people. You'll operate with high autonomy, leading AI-assisted workflows, developing compelling sales collateral, and acting as the connective tissue between BD, Client Partnership and Marketing.
How will you make an impact?
- Sales enablement and content: Develop compelling sales collateral and pitch materials across the product portfolio, with particular focus on bringing Q.Innovation to market with polished, resonant messaging.
- AI tooling and automation: Lead the build of an AI-assisted BD pipeline workbench, automating the workflow from target list generation through to outreach drafting.
- Proposal frameworks: Build and maintain proposal frameworks, including Good-Better-Best tiering for Q.Checkout, and develop AI-assisted proposal generation to reduce the time and cost of getting compelling proposals in front of clients.
- Cross-functional coordination: Act as the connective tissue between BD, Client Partnership and Marketing, ensuring each team has what they need to deliver against commercial targets.
- Data and systems: Streamline how data flows between HubSpot, rate cards, the category development schedule and client subscription records, so the team can plan outreach from one reliable view.
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team
- Commercial instinct: Genuine understanding of the FMCG supplier landscape – what drives category, supply chain and marketing stakeholders to act.
- Content creation: Exceptional ability to translate complex data products and propositions into clear, compelling materials for senior client audiences.
- Applied AI capability: A proven track record of building AI-assisted tools and workflows in practice, not just conceptually.
- Self-direction: Strong initiative – you see what needs to be built, make a plan, and deliver without waiting to be directed.
- Relevant background: Experience in FMCG category management, brand management, sales or insights, or as a senior consultant in a retail analytics or data insights environment; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
