About the Role (your why)
As a Junior Licensing Consultant, you’ll support our customers in getting the best value from their software investments across a range of vendors. This is a great opportunity for someone with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, who already has an understanding of software licensing across different vendors. You’ll work alongside experienced licensing consultants, account teams, and vendor partners to build your knowledge, develop trusted customer relationships, and contribute to practical licensing and optimisation outcomes.

Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine interest in software licensing and technology.
- A foundational understanding of software across multiple vendors, including Microsoft CSP programs.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and develop licensing knowledge with support from experienced consultants.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, internal teams, and vendor partners.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage priorities and contribute as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with software licensing queries across multiple vendors, including Microsoft CSP and Enterprise Programs
- Working with senior licensing consultants, account managers, and internal teams to understand customer requirements and help identify appropriate licensing options.
- Assisting with the preparation of software licensing proposals, quotes, renewals, tenders, and customer communications.
- Helping customers understand their software investments and opportunities to optimise spend and improve utilisation.
- Maintaining awareness of vendor programs, licensing changes, and market updates to support accurate and timely customer advice.
- Building strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and Datacom teams while developing your own licensing expertise
