Supreme Service Today is seeking an experienced Sales & Service Director to lead our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service departments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on developing people, improving customer satisfaction, and driving company growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Salespeople and technicians.
- Improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Conduct field ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching.
- Monitor key performance metrics and help teams achieve their goals.
- Build training programs for technical and customer service excellence.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry experience.
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong coaching and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to improve sales and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

- Base Salary: Starting at $120,000
