Intern, Test Engineering

Job Description

· Key topics of the internship:

• Semiconductor device testing (final test)
• Automated Test Equipment (ATE) fundamentals

· Skills to be developed:

• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Technical documentation and reporting skills

· Knowledge areas covered:

• Semiconductor manufacturing and testing processes
• Equipment performance tracking (e.g., OEE)

· Expected learning outcomes for the intern:

• Ability to support test engineering activities in a production environment
• Exposure to real-world semiconductor testing workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
