The M&V Customer Service manager will work at the front desk serving customers and managing orders.

Order Management 

  • Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, or online systems. 
  • Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules. 

Customer Support 

  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products, services, and deliveries. 
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary. 

Coordination & Communication 

  • Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment. 
  • Communicate changes or delays to customers proactively. 

Documentation & Reporting 

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. 
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports as required. 

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. 
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (food service or distribution industry preferred). 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
