This position will focus on all aspects of Mercedes-Benz sales, including product knowledge and consultation based on client need analysis, appropriate lease/finance structures, and client interaction and buying experience.  

We offer a competitive gross commission pay plan plus unit bonuses that can yield a strong candidate a minimum of $100,000 in earnings.

Responsibilities

• Helps clients select a vehicle by asking the questions necessary to select the perfect fit for their transportation needs.
• Provide product demonstration and test drives.
• Guide potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
• Work with management to structure leases/purchases.
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat clients.
• Acquire knowledge of and stay current with the Mercedes-Benz product line.
• Attends product and sales training as necessary.

Qualifications

• Motivation for success and career in automotive retail. Previous luxury automotive sales or other luxury retail sales preferred.
• VIP level customer service skills: personalized experience, anticipate needs, exceed expectations, create emotional connection, analyze customer behavior and feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass all company pre-employment screening.
