Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Affiliate to lead and operate TikTok Shop Affiliate programs as an agency partner, acting as the key bridge between Brands and MCNs/Creators. This role owns end-to-end affiliate campaign operations—from platform setup and system configuration to creator/MCN onboarding, performance optimization, stakeholder management, and reporting. You will work cross-functionally with brand teams, internal delivery teams, and external partners to scale GMV and improve campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1) MCN & Creator Management

  • Manage relationships with MCNs and collaborate on creator sourcing, onboarding, content planning, and execution.
  • Build and maintain a reliable creator pool aligned with category, audience, and brand positioning with MCN.
  • Negotiate and align commercial terms where applicable (commissions, incentives, boosting support, exclusivity, etc.).

2) Performance Management & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance (e.g., GMV, orders, CTR, CVR, ROI/ROAS proxy where applicable, creator contribution, product performance).
  • Optimize commission structures, product selection, and creator mix to improve outcomes.
  • Identify issues early (stock, pricing, content quality, tracking gaps) and propose solutions quickly.

3) Influencer/Creator Strategy & Execution

  • Translate brand objectives into creator strategy, selecting suitable creators and guiding content direction to maximize conversion.
  • Partner with creators/MCNs to ensure timely content delivery, compliance, and quality aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Provide clear briefs and feedback loops to improve performance and content effectiveness.

4) Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Run multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong project planning, prioritization, and execution discipline.
  • Act as the central point of contact for brands, MCNs, creators, and internal teams (account, ops, finance, legal).
  • Ensure deliverables, timelines, and updates are consistently communicated and aligned across stakeholders.

5) TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations & Platform Setup

  • Own the end-to-end setup and configuration for TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns (product linking, commission settings, creator eligibility, tracking, campaign rules, and system workflows).
  • Ensure correct tracking, attribution, and reporting structure to support campaign measurement and optimization.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of TikTok Shop affiliate tools, policies, and operational best practices.

Skills and Experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, TikTok Shop, Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate operations, including campaign setup, tracking, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, influencer marketing, and content-to-conversion mechanics.
  • Proven experience building and managing relationships with creators, MCNs, and external partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a TikTok Shop-focused MCN is highly preferred.
  • Agency experience managing multiple brands or categories is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop commercial levers, including pricing, vouchers, bundles, stock readiness, and merchandising.
  • Experience managing large-scale creator programs across multiple MCNs and creator networks.
