Job Description
Contribute to the performance of the Natixis Credit Risk Department as a Cross-Functional Risk Analyst - Data & Innovation within the Credit Risk Monitoring (CRM) team. You will work within an international team (Paris/Charenton and Porto) whose objectives are:
- Data Governance and Quality: Master and optimize the lifecycle of credit risk data (governance, controls, remediations).
- Regulatory and Internal Compliance: Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Automation & Innovation: Develop and implement solutions for improved data utilization and enhanced risk processes.
- Committee Coordination: Facilitate and lead credit risk monitoring forums.
You will play a key role in controlling credit risk, with a focus on industrializing our processes. Your missions will be to:
- Lead, coordinate, and steer innovation topics around initiatives launched by the credit risk department.
- Model, develop and integrate concrete Artificial Intelligence solutions to simplify and automate our processes.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving our risk management framework.
- Promote deployed solutions, popularize AI concepts and disseminate best practices among the Department's teams.
- Participate in sharing the risk culture with business teams.
- Work in an international environment, within a community of experts that places excellence, impact and collective action at the heart of everything it undertakes.
Qualifications

- You have more than three years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a bank or a financial institution.
Key skills and experience include:
- Knowledge of data project management, with the ability to structure an innovation project from the ideation phase through to industrialization.
- Mastery of Machine Learning algorithms and programming in Python (automatic processing of text/credit reports) or R.
- An understanding of data quality and data lineage concepts, as well as database tools (SQL, data warehouses).
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations related to credit risk.
- The ability to train, facilitate, and effectively share complex concepts with different Natixis teams, backed by excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Rigorous and proactive.
- Strong synthesis and analytical skills.
- Adaptable in order to achieve your objectives.
- English proficiency at a B2 level.
