We are looking for an Experienced Sales Representative to strengthen our ambitious sales team. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills while developing business in the Czech and Hungarian markets.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage B2B sales in the Czech and Hungarian markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily prospecting, cold calling, and presentations.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Attend exhibitions and customer meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
- Leverage CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
What we expect of you:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Understanding of and interest in technology products and the IoT sector.
- Experience in export or international sales is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience with cold calling and customer prospecting.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ambition to build business in the Czech and Hungarian markets with innovative products from Lithuania.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Experience working with CRM or other data-driven sales tools.
- Excellent (C1+) English language skills as your primary working language.
- Czech and/or Hungarian language skills would be considered a strong advantage.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 13 EUR/h up to 18 EUR/h gross (~2,150–3,000 EUR/month gross) plus an attractive bonus package (including monthly bonuses) based on your performance and sales growth.
In the employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
