• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, supervising bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, maintaining a high level of customer service, and following responsible alcohol service practices.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at the bar.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures for beverage preparation, presentation, and service to maintain consistent standards.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management, monitoring sales, controlling costs
• Resolve issues and address guests concerns promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
• Superior professional appearance, polished manner, and strong interpersonal skills suited to a fast-paced team environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental needs.
