WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Product Owner, you take on a leadership role. You set direction, make priorities, and ensure that people, processes and solutions move forward together.
You see the value of being hands-on and drive continuous development within the WMS area. You see the value of being hands on and will lead the ongoing development of our WMS area, balancing operational stability with continuous improvements that makes a real difference in our logistics setup. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders across Logistics and IT to ensure the right direction for the product.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Lead, coach and develop your team toward strong performance and engagement
Secure a stable IT system and the continuous development of our WMS solutions
Own and prioritize the Team Backlog to maximize business value and impact
Act as the connecting link between internal and external stakeholders
You will be line manager for a business solution specialist in the scrum team
Enable high-quality delivery by making timely decisions and setting clear direction
Drive refinement and alignment to ensure shared understanding across teams
You will be part of JYSK Logistics, working closely with colleagues across our Distribution Centers, Logistics and IT functions to support the continuous development of our logistics setup.
Your primary base will be at our Distribution Center in Uldum. As the role is international, 20–40 travel days per year are expected.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
We are looking for a person who has been working with warehouse management systems, logistics, warehouse operations, or similar operational environments, combined with a solid understanding of how business, processes and IT systems work together.
In addition, you will be described by the below mentioned characteristics:
Experience as IT project manager or similar role, preferably around Warehouse Management Systems
Strong stakeholder management skills
Drive results and continuously raise the bar on quality, efficiency and performance
A strong understanding of logistics flows and warehouse operations
Balance value, cost, risk and effort when making prioritization decisions
Communicate in a structured and transparent way
Great English skills
