Job Description

As a Pricing Strategy Lead, you will shape and deliver our pricing and promotional strategy to drive customer growth, revenue and margin across the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with Brand, Commercial, Finance and Operations teams to turn insight into commercially impactful decisions.

Qualifications

As Pricing Strategy Lead, you will…

  • Lead the development and execution of portfolio and brand-specific pricing strategies to drive growth, frequency and profitability
  • Analyse pricing performance, identifying trends and recommending actions to optimise revenue, volume and margin
  • Partner with Brand and Commercial teams to create pricing and promotion plans that balance demand generation with margin protection
  • Champion a customer-first approach, using insight and market intelligence to shape pricing decisions and enhance perceived value
  • Establish and track KPIs, delivering regular performance reviews and insight-led reporting to drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring…

  • Strong experience in pricing, promotions or commercial strategy within a consumer-facing business
  • Proven ability to use data, modelling and insight to influence commercial decisions and drive performance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering growth, profitability and long-term customer value
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear actions
