Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, curious HR Tech partner to cover maternity leave. You'll step into an active scope, working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business and keeping key processes running smoothly.
Own day-to-day Oracle HCM activities, including system maintenance and user support, in close collaboration with technical teams
Serve as the primary HR Tech point of contact for HRBPs, translating business needs into clear technical requirements
Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple teams across the company
Develop AI-powered solutions and business processes that connect AI agents to Oracle HCM

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, HR Tech, or a related role in a global hi-tech company
Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex, multi-step processes
Organized and proactive - can keep cross-team work moving
Communicates well with both HR and technical audiences
Curious about AI and how it connects to enterprise systems
Familiarity with Oracle HCM - an advantage
High level of English proficiency
