WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Facility Manager, you enable and secure operations across the site portfolio by delivering optimized and high-quality facility management services that support business needs and long-term asset performance.
You will:
- Take ownership of the full Facility Management scope, including technical maintenance, utilities, cleaning, waste management, and shopfitting maintenance.
- Drive FM category management by defining strategies, steering suppliers, and securing cost and quality optimization across the portfolio.
- Lead sourcing and procurement of facility service providers.
- Secure high-quality facility service delivery through supplier management, contract follow-up, and data-driven performance tracking.
- Monitor portfolio condition, identify investment needs, and support lifecycle, maintenance, and operational planning for stores and facilities.
- Manage and follow up budgets, maintenance activities, energy efficiency initiatives, and facility-related projects across the Sales Market portfolio.
- Ensure accurate asset and maintenance data in the global FM system (Planon) and secure compliance with health & safety requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Leasing, Operations, Sales Management, Projekt Management and Global C&F to align facility activities with business needs and portfolio strategies.

You’ll be working closely with the Sales Market Expansion Manager, Project Manager, Leasing, Operations, Sales Management, Store Teams, FM Vendors, and Global C&F stakeholders.

We are looking for people with…
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management, construction and/or real estate.
- Proven experience in supplier management, contract management, and FM category management.
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in activity-based budgeting and operational planning.
- Experience working with CAFM systems such as Planon.
- Strong analytical and data-driven capabilities with solid problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
