About the Role:
Join us as a Product Operations Expert (m/f/d) and become a key enabler in delivering scalable, outcome-driven product management at Riverty. You will work at the intersection of product, data, tech, and business—designing, implementing, and evolving the frameworks that empower our product teams to move faster and smarter. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape product operations practice
- Contribute to the development and refinement of product operations standards, governance structures, and workflows to support scalability, alignment, and delivery excellence
- Product enablement & execution support
- Actively support product managers across BU Collection in structuring roadmaps, defining success metrics, and improving day-to-day execution quality via frameworks, documentation, and tool stewardship
- Data-informed decision making
- Design, manage, and maintain KPI dashboards, product metrics, and OKR alignment reporting in collaboration with data and product teams
- Workflow optimization & automation
- Identify bottlenecks and manual workflows within the product organization; propose and help implement automation or tooling improvements, including AI-based solutions
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a key partner to product managers, tech leads, and business stakeholders—ensuring smooth information flow, governance adherence, and visibility across roadmaps and delivery plans
- Continuous improvement
- Capture feedback from internal stakeholders to iterate on operational processes and scale product practices that drive measurable business outcomes
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree including equivalent experience (3+ years) in Product Operations or Product Management
- Proven experience supporting product teams in tech or product-led organizations, with familiarity in product methodologies like dual-track agile or outcome-driven roadmaps
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and structured processes
- Clear communicator who translates strategy into action and thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Collaborative mindset with a drive to build shared standards and scalable practices
- Fluent in English, German at least C1; proficiency in another European language (Nordic languages preferred) is a plus
