Job Description

About the Role

Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in ensuring the Firm attracts, engages and hires exceptional talent across Continental Europe.

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruitment activities across multiple offices and jurisdictions, working closely with recruiters, HR teams and business stakeholders. While based  either in Paris or Luxembourg, your scope will not be limited to a single country and may extend across multiple Continental Europe offices and practice groups, depending on business priorities and team needs.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop broad recruitment expertise within an international and collaborative environment, with exposure to campus recruitment, employer branding, candidate engagement, recruitment operations and regional Talent Acquisition projects.

Given the evolving nature of our organisation and recruitment priorities, the responsibilities and geographical scope of this role may develop over time to reflect business needs and opportunities for growth.

What You Will Do

Recruitment Delivery

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for junior legal talent and, where required, experienced hires and business professionals across Continental Europe.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments and recruitment activities across multiple offices and jurisdictions.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with offer management, onboarding activities and recruitment administration.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation within recruitment systems.

Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Support the planning and delivery of university, careers and employer branding events across Continental Europe.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with universities, student organisations and external partners.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the Firm's employer brand and attract future talent.
  • Assist with social media and recruitment marketing activities where appropriate.

Talent Acquisition Projects & Regional Support

  • Contribute to regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements and special projects.
  • Support collaboration across Continental Europe offices to promote consistency, efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with talent market research, talent mapping and pipeline development activities.
  • Provide flexible support to recruitment priorities across different countries, practice groups and business functions as organisational needs evolve.

Qualifications

    Experience

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment or a related field.
    • Experience gained within a law firm, professional services organisation, consulting firm, financial services institution, international corporate environment, or another fast-paced and client-focused organisation would be particularly valued.
    • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, business areas or geographical locations is advantageous.
    • Early-career recruitment and campus recruitment experience would be a strong plus.

    Knowledge

    • Strong interest in recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding.
    • Curiosity about different markets, cultures and ways of working.
    • Fluency in English and French is required.
    • Additional European language skills would be an advantage.

    Skills

    • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international and evolving environment.
    • Able to work effectively across cultures, teams and jurisdictions.
