Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and supportive team at Aviemore Dental & Implant Clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality preventive care and promote excellent oral health for our valued patients.

Located in the heart of the Highlands, Aviemore offers the perfect work-life balance – with stunning lochs, beaches, and trails to explore in summer, and world-class snow sports in the winter months.

Our modern practice is equipped with advanced technology including a CBCT machine and a Trios 3 digital scanner.

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified Dental Hygienist with GDC registration

• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 

• Passion for delivering comprehensive private dental hygiene care

• A team player who collaborates well with dentists and colleagues to ensure optimal patient care

• A commitment to ongoing professional development

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

• Proficiency in dental software and clinical equipment

• An empathetic and patient-centred approach

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing tailored private dental hygiene and periodontal care

• Delivering NHS dental treatments through referrals from our dentists

• Educating and motivating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

• Staying updated with the latest clinical techniques and best practices
