お客様の代理人としてゼネコンを指導し、利益を最大化する建築PM業務。工場・研究所の案件をお任せします。常に案件を獲得できる基盤がある為、様々な領域にも挑戦できます。週3日～4日の出張も相談可能です。
・プロジェクト計画策定、KPIを用いたパフォーマンス管理
・ゼネコンや設計事務所への指導・マネジメント
・リソース調達、品質・安全・環境(HSE)の計画と継続的管理
・部門横断チームのリードと促進
★事業用不動産サービス事業を展開するCBRE社との提携により、工場・データセンター・オフィス・商業施設等、最先端かつ大規模な案件に携われます。

【必須】
■建築のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
■ビジネスにおける英語の実務経験
全体最適の視点で、発注者代理人として案件をリードできる方を求めます。
■多国籍なメンバーが在籍する外資系ならではのフラットな文化で、個人の裁量が大きく、意思決定のスピード感を持って業務に取り組めます。
