- Adjust sales strategies and methodologies based on regional market characteristics, consumer segments, and channel dynamics across ANZ, KR, and SEA.
Distributor Management
- Manage and continuously optimize long-term relationships with mass-market distributors across the region.
- Ensure distributors are well‑informed, highly motivated, and closely aligned with our company’s shift toward active market cultivation.
- Negotiate commercial terms, set clear sales targets, and monitor distributor performance to ensure they are adding value to the hobby ecosystem.
Market Development & Launch Execution
- Partner with internal marketing teams and channel partners to support product launches and brand campaigns.
- Drive product merchandising, product knowledge training, and staff engagement at retail and hobby stores to ensure excellent in‑store execution.
- Collect and feed back user insights and market feedback from the ANZ, KR, and SEA collector communities—serving as the internal “voice of the consumer.”
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track channel partner and overall sales performance; complete sales forecasts and sales reports.
- Propose growth strategies based on data analytics, continuously optimizing revenue performance and community growth metrics.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above required (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of sales or business development experience; background in consumer goods, collectibles (trading cards / sports cards), entertainment, toys is a strong plus.

- Experience in building new markets and cultivating brand communities from the ground up is highly preferred.
Key Competencies:
- Entrepreneurial mindset; a strong self‑starter who can create processes and adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
