Job Description
Passionate UiPath Senior Developer to come onboard and expand his/her skill set and expiriance whilst working on large scale interesting projects.
Role Purpose
· With process automation as a special focus, this role should demonstrate drive and support of growth through automation, methodologies to innovative solutions and continuous improvement, particularly through the use of RPA.
· The role requires clear understanding of RPA strategies and a strong sense of participation in reaching the ambitious targets that RPA is committed for.
Accountabilities
· Leveraging technology to transform NIQ into a more digital enterprise.
· Defining, designing and deploying RPA solutions, identifies RPA opportunities.
· Recommending, preparing and presenting RPA approach/strategy, with a focus on automation and an ability to quantify business benefits.
· Develops RPA prototypes and Proofs of Concept
o End to End process assessment for Automation feasibility
o Design and owns automation solutions for existing business processes
o Create and maintain documentation related to projects
o To be able to direct, coach and develop colleagues
· Can work autonomously, and solve complex challenges, applying mastery and demonstrating expertise in automation.
· Can design technical solutions independently, whilst identifying risks prior to starting major projects.
· Work with direct manager, colleagues, and stakeholders in resolving any open issues during development of project.
· Provides support and train champions and citizens in local teams.
· Good presentation and communication skills.
· Think out of the box to identify work arounds and re-design processes.
· Master in understanding and applying advanced automations technical principles and methodologies
· Able to solve complex challenges with leading edge solutions
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills
· 3 - 5 years UiPath automatization experience required.
· Experience developing and supporting multiple bots, both attended and unattended, AI Agents, NLP, NLU & NLG knowledge.
· Experience providing support for infrastructure assessment & scaling; Platform test (performance, load, stress, integration); Monitoring and Logging; Process package maintenance; Source code and release management; Automation
impact assessment; New Bot assessment and prioritization; Production issue resolution, incident and change request management.
· Experience developing background RPA solutions using APIs.
· UiPath advance developer certification mandatory requirement.
· Any specific training courses such as in Machine Learning, Python, etc.
· Excellent knowledge of: UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Elasticsearch / Kibana, Process Understanding, Task Mining, Process Mining, Task Capture, Automation Hub, Validation Station, Computer Vision, NLG, NLP, Python Object-oriented languages and scripting, API, Microsoft Power Automate, Dialogflow, Power Virtual Agents, Document Understanding.
· Should have excellent programming/software development background.
· Good understanding and experience using Technology (VB .NET, HTML, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Scripting language PowerShell, Visual Studio, Windows, Web Services, SQL, PL SQL), including the ability to Excel macros translate to RPA solutions and/or integrations.
· Experience with Databases, SQL and Oracle, BI, Big data, Azure, SAP, ServiceNow, SalesForce.
· Good knowledge of XML, XSD, Regular Expression, XPath, JSON, understanding of RESTful API.
· Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
· Experience in creating and managing technical documents.
· Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
· Excellent individual performer and team player.
· Positive versus change & innovation.
· Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
· Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
· Excellent presentation, and communication skills.
