Job Description

Would you like to contribute to the digital transformation of the public sector in Finland and develop your B2B sales skills in an environment where the solutions you sell have a meaningful impact on society?

We provide case management and digital service solutions for public sector organizations. Our customers include municipalities, government agencies, and other public organizations. We are currently looking for a Solution Sales Specialist to join our team and support sales activities, tender processes, and customer engagement.

The Solution Sales Specialist will support our sales team in long-term public sector sales and procurement processes while helping build customer insight that guides both sales efforts and product development.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a professional in public sector B2B sales, tender management, and customer intelligence. You do not need to be a finished expert—we are looking for curiosity, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities will be shaped by your skills and interests, but may include:

  • Supporting the preparation of major public tenders, coordinating proposals, and managing tender-related activities with guidance from experienced colleagues

  • Communicating with existing and potential customers, particularly during Request for Information (RFI) and market consultation phases

  • Identifying and reaching out to new prospective customers

  • Analyzing customer and market data to support sales activities and contributing to product and service development through customer insight

  • Adapting and localizing sales and presentation materials from English into Finnish and collaborating with marketing activities

  • Supporting daily sales operations, gathering information, and maintaining customer-related documentation

This is a consultative B2B sales role where you will learn to understand public sector procurement processes, customer operating environments, and business-critical software solutions.

What do we expect from you?

You may be at the beginning of your career, recently graduated, or already have some relevant experience. Most importantly, you have the right attitude and a desire to develop professionally.

We hope you have:

  • An interest in B2B sales, the public sector, and digital solutions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in contacting new people, including by phone

  • Fluent in spoken Finnish and the ability to produce clear and professional content in Finnish

  • Sufficient English skills to work with and utilize English-language materials

  • An analytical and structured approach to work

  • Initiative and a willingness to learn new things

  • Interest in leveraging digital tools and artificial intelligence to support your work

The following experience or understanding is considered an advantage:

  • Public sector procurement or tendering processes

  • SaaS, software, or IT solution sales

  • Document management, case management, or digital service solutions

  • Preparing sales materials, proposals, or customer presentations

  • Experience with or interest in CRM systems and sales analytics

  • A basic understanding of or interest in applying AI in professional work

What do we offer?

We offer you the opportunity to grow into a consultative B2B sales role with the support of an experienced team. You will work with solutions that have a meaningful societal impact and gain first-hand insight into how public sector digitalization is being advanced.

With us, you will have:

  • A responsible and versatile role within a growing business

  • The opportunity to learn about public sector sales and procurement processes

  • Support from experienced professionals

  • The chance to influence sales activities, customer engagement, and product development

  • A flexible and knowledgeable working environment

Who is this role for?

This position is a great fit if you are interested in sales but are looking for something more consultative than simply closing quick deals. You enjoy learning new things, discussing customer needs, and building a deep understanding of both customer challenges and the market.

You do not need to know everything about public sector procurement or case management solutions from the outset. What matters more is your willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative. Over time, this role offers opportunities to grow into broader sales, bid management, or consultative sales positions based on your interests and strengths.

Interested?

Please send us your application and CV. In particular, tell us why B2B sales, the public sector, or digital solutions interest you and why you would like to join our team.
