SVP Engineering

Job Description

We are seeking an AI-native SVP / Head of Engineering to lead our global technology organisation. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be accountable for engineering performance, technology strategy, and delivery across our product portfolio.

This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, driving the development of Industrial AI-powered enterprise solutions that deliver innovation, quality, and customer value at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale high-performing global engineering teams
• Define and execute the technology and architecture strategy aligned to business goals
• Drive AI-native engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and innovation
• Own end-to-end delivery across performance, scalability, security, and operations
• Embed strong engineering standards, governance, and data-driven decision making
• Partner closely with Product and leadership to deliver customer-focused outcomes
• Attract, develop, and retain world-class engineering talent

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Proven senior engineering leadership experience (VP/SVP level) in SaaS or enterprise environments
• Strong track record delivering cloud-native and AI-driven products at scale
• Deep technical expertise with the ability to influence architecture and engineering practices
• Experience leading large, global, distributed teams
• Strategic, commercially aware, and execution-focused leader
• Passion for AI-driven innovation and modern engineering practices
• 15+ years in software engineering with at least 7 years in senior engineering leadership roles (CTO, VP/SVP Engineering, or equivalent). 
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling cloud-native SaaS or AI-driven products. 

Desirable 

• Experience in industrial, sustainability, or operational intelligence domains. 
• Background in enterprise B2B platforms, cybersecurity, or complex integration ecosystems.

• Salary Range: $230,000 - $350,000 + 30% bonus
