Job Description
- Ensure all sales and marketing promotional collaterals are current and updated
- Monitor / Request for office supplies and initiate refill and replenishment of necessary items needed
- Prioritize all telephone calls and in-person visitors, scheduling of appointments as required
- Assist in maintenance and updating of contact information and company names in the system
- Prepare minutes of the meeting as required
- Assist the Sales Managers in preparing of proposals and respond to inquiries within the day
- Provide all administration duties for the Sales and Marketing office
Qualifications
- University/College degree in a related discipline required
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
