Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in the preparation and cooking of Indian cuisine.
- Prepare ingredients, maintain mise en place, and support daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and guidance from senior chefs.
- Learn and develop culinary skills while contributing to smooth kitchen operations.
Eligibility:
- Freshers or candidates pursuing/completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts.
- Passion for Indian cuisine and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ready to join immediately will be preferred.
