Recruiter [Healthcare Industry, 3rd Shift]

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source and engage passive candidates through multiple talent channels.
• Screen and qualify candidates against role-specific criteria.
• Present qualified candidates and screening assessments to client recruiters.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting within the U.S. market, including knowledge of U.S. hiring practices, candidate engagement strategies, and employment processes.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. 
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
