Job Description
As a People Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR data throughout the entire employee lifecycle for the Italian organization.
Working in an international Shared Services environment, you will combine HR administrative responsibilities with employee support, acting as a trusted point of contact for Italian-speaking associates while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Your contribution to something big:
- Manage and maintain employee master data throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding;
- Support organizational management activities, including organizational units and position management;
- Perform HR administrative tasks in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements;
- Respond to employee inquiries through HR support channels, ensuring a customer-focused and timely service;
- Contribute to process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and system testing activities;
- Collaborate closely with HR teams and stakeholders in an international environment.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience:
- Initial experience in HR Administration, HR Shared Services, Customer Support, or a similar administrative role is an advantage.
Know-how:
- Basic understanding of HR processes and HR information systems is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Good digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Languages:
- Italian โ Native or fluent (mandatory);
- English โ Good communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory);
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
