Job Description

Frasers Group are currently looking for an Warehouse Admin Support to join our core Warehouse Operation to support the management team at our impressive state of the art 2m square foot Shirebrook Distribution Centre, that's over 30 football pitches, and is one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK.

We are looking for a highly motivated worker who has a can-do attitude, can work in a fast-paced environment and is keen to progress.

As Warehouse Admin Support your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Receiving deliveries from drivers and informing the supervisory team about which bay the drivers need to arrive at before good will be unloaded.
  2. Ensuring all reference numbers are kept accurate in the system when receiving goods from suppliers.
  3. Maintaining the "Get Clean" report.
  4. Providing administrative support for the management team.
  5. Building effective working relationships with other members of the team.
  6. Completing general duties, including filing, monitoring, and replenishment.
  7. Checking the system for any discrepancies with the received goods.
  8. Keeping records of attendance and entering statistics into the system.
  9. Creating, analysing, and submitting reports for deliveries, etc.
  10. Preparing and updating training records.
  11. Embracing Frasers Group values and vision in everything you do.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a confidential manner
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and able to effectively engage with the team around you
  • Close attention to detail to update and maintain records
  • Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience using Word, Excel and Emails
  • Promote and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Rules and Policy
