Job Description
The role of Executive RBO Sales is the primary drive for business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic and tactical plans, and executing account-based sales strategies while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve revenue and expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore business opportunities & growth prospect and submit proposal for management approval /review
- Develop strategic and tactical business plan for assigned brands
- Assesses new market opportunities to grow company business at extensive level
- Proactively collect market information, analyze market trends, competitors’ products and strategies and take necessary action
- Functions as team member in a variety of strategy and business development projects
- Establish annual sales and execution plan; together with team collaborate with other departments to achieve set growth objectives
- Develop the right by-account selling strategies together with the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents and buying offices
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: BBA from any reputed University
- Experience: 3-4 years experience in RMG (trims experience will be added advantage)

- Develop trust and long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Influence outcomes while creating win–win solutions with customers.

- Respond quickly to market changes, customer feedback, and new strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to close deals and deliver value.
