Your Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and updating of project documentation (e.g. project charters, schedules, risks, issues, and action logs)
Track project progress, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with the team to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate closely with finance and project teams to collect and analyze relevant data
Contribute to ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices within the PMO
Prepare status reports, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders and management
Actively support change management activities, including training coordination and communication efforts
Maintain project-related data and documentation across relevant tools and systems

Your Profile

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
Structured and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership
Strong affinity for numbers and interest in finance, projects, and technology
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to stay organized and analytical in a dynamic environment
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is a plus
