Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS A2R (Account to Report) Consultant with strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation and support experience, specifically in Fusion Tax, Intercompany Accounting, and Budgeting/Planning, along with a solid understanding of end-to-end A2R processes in Oracle Cloud..
Fusion Tax
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Tax rules, tax regimes, jurisdictions, fiscal classifications, and tax calculation logic.
- Troubleshoot tax determination issues for AP, AR, and IC transactions.
- Support indirect tax compliance and collaborate with tax/finance stakeholders during statutory audits.
Intercompany (IC)
- Implement and support Intercompany accounting across business units, ledgers, and legal entities.
- Configure IC rules, transaction flows, AGIS-like setups, balancing segments, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure accurate financial consolidation through automated IC balancing and elimination entries.
Budgeting & Planning
- Work with FP&A teams on budget planning, forecasting, and integration with Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) or General Ledger.
- Enable budgetary control, upload templates, and budget vs actual reporting.
- Assist in validation, version management, and governance of budgeting cycles.
General Oracle Cloud Finance Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, testing, and UAT.
- Prepare BR100, MD50, test scripts, and training materials.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution, regression testing, and quarterly upgrade review.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, interface mapping, and reports/OTBI/FRS design.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials with specialization in A2R, Fixed Assets, and GL.
- Mandatory expertise: Fusion Tax (configuration + issue resolution)
- Intercompany accounting
- Budgeting / Budgetary Control / Planning
- Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, period close cycle, and financial reporting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Qualifications
CA, MBA Finance, Post Graduate in Commerce or equivalent

Candidate is willing to work in Client business hours which is Europe time zone , working in hybrid mode and as and when needed to full working mode as per customer requirement. Open for domestic and international travel based on the work requirement.
