Job Description
We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill this role to support collaboration across infrastructure, security, and software development teams. You will focus on analysing technical inputs into relevant insights that create solutions. You will report to Head of Department
You will be part of the Technology team spread across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and India. The team delivers technology system improvements for cloud technology platforms. These platforms serve customers in our Australia & New Zealand market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Gather and consolidate input from technical subject matter experts on current system configurations and operations.
- Analyse system setups against defined organisational standards and identify gaps.
- Recommend improvements to align systems with company configuration and compliance requirements.
- Collect and organise technical evidence to support compliance with technology policies.
- Support technical investigations by analysing relevant system and operational data.
- Contribute to solution design by evaluating options and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Facilitate discussions across technical teams
- Prepare clear updates and summaries for team members on system status and progress.
Qualifications
Experience:
- At least 3 years experience as a systems analyst, technical analyst, technical business analyst or similar.
- Broad technology knowledge spanning areas such as IT security, IT infrastructure and software development.
- Collate information from technical subject experts from infrastructure, security and software development teams.
- You will need to facilitate discussions between technical subject matter experts
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Holds a tertiary education degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
