We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. Ideal Candidate shall drive growth of corporate and enterprise clients for company’s banking, payments, and API-led solutions by owning the end-to-end sales lifecycle and delivering tailored financial solutions. Partner with senior finance and treasury stakeholders to understand business needs, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution, and build strong, long-term client relationships. Focus on revenue generation through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts while strengthening presence in the evolving fintech and banking ecosystem.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solutioning, commercial
negotiations, and deal closure
• Engage with CFOs, finance, and treasury stakeholders to identify needs and deliver
value-driven payment and treasury solutions
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting to achieve revenue
targets
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless client
onboarding and solution delivery
• Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and longterm
partnership
Required Qualifications:
• MBA with 8 – 10 years of relevant Sales Experience.
• Prior experience in banking, specifically within Cash Management Services (CMS)
channels, is preferred
• Candidates from payment gateway or fintech companies will be considered, provided
they have relevant exposure to banking/CMS solutions
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products such as collections, payouts, and
treasury solutions is required
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
