• Highly organised and able to check your own work thoroughly
• Comfortable working to deadlines, especially during month end processes
• Friendly, approachable and enjoys working as part of a small team
• Proactive, responsible and able to take ownership of their work
• Confident in interacting with colleagues, suppliers and callers
What you’ll be doing:
• We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training teams over your 3 weeks Induction.
• Once completed, your exciting career step in role is fully structured with your new team members and leader.
• Responding to customer/third party correspondence.
• Speaking with third parties/solicitors to help with their queries.
• A clear development pathway via a variety of learning tools available. Including a milestone framework which recognises and rewards your learning and performance.
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage workload independently and use initiative
• Strong ability to self check for accuracy
