Manager Assistant

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Plant Manager
• Manage the Plant Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Support internal communication within the factory and across departments
• Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Support tracking key projects 
• Assist in monitoring operational performance metrics and reporting
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Liaise with other departments such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production
• Support visits, audits, management reviews, and plant reviews
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and leadership meetings

Qualifications

• University Degree in the field of Socical studies/Economy
• Min. 3 years relevant experience
• More than 2 years experience at intercultural environment is required
• Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge is a must
• High level MS Office user knowledge
• Good communication skills
