Job Description
- Assist in preparing and issuing invoices.
- Update and maintain billing records.
- Support invoice filing and documentation.
- Assist with month-end billing activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
