We at Coforge are hiring Senior OTM Solution Architect (22074) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, implementation, and support for transportation management solutions across OTM modules including Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments.
- Gather business requirements, conduct GAP analysis workshops, and define scalable technical solutions aligned with customer transport operations and enterprise integration needs.
- Design and manage integration mapping specifications using standards such as XML, ANSI, EDIFACT, and RosettaNet while coordinating development and DevOps execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, and testing teams to support project delivery, testing automation, customer enablement, migration initiatives, and post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience.
- 20+ years of experience in transportation systems, solution architecture, or enterprise IT consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) including transportation planning, execution, supply chain visibility, and freight audit capabilities.
- Experience with OTM Cloud implementations, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations and one end-to-end migration from on-premises to cloud.
- Proven experience delivering 8–10 full lifecycle implementations, including at least 3 Agile/DevOps-based implementations.
- Strong knowledge of integration mapping specifications and message standards such as ANSI, EDIFACT, RosettaNet, XML, and B2B integrations.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps methodologies, Jira, Scrum, and Kanban project management practices.
- Strong understanding of transport ancillary systems and integrations such as HERE, Transporeon, Centiro, or similar platforms.
- Experience leading customer workshops, solution design sessions, technical consulting, testing coordination, and user acceptance activities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills with experience working across multiple geographical regions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with .NET-based enterprise integrations or transport solution customization.
- Familiarity with transportation platforms such as Kewill, Blue Yonder, or equivalent logistics systems.
- Experience automating testing frameworks and supporting user training/documentation.
- Experience implementing transportation solutions across multiple global regions.
