Public Areas Attendant

Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Public Area Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our public and back-of-house areas, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment for guests and team members.

You will take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and play an important role in upholding the resort’s presentation standards across all areas of the property.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning and maintaining public and back-of-house areas to hotel standards
• Supporting stock control and ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning products
• Following all safety and hygiene procedures when handling equipment and chemicals
• Assisting with general housekeeping tasks including room support, houseman duties, laundry, and uniform areas
• Responding to guest and team member requests in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly attitude with a strong focus on guest service
• Physically fit and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
• Flexible, reliable, and available to work a rotating seven-day roster, including early morning and late evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
