Patterns Behavioral Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide meaningful consultations, assessments, and direct interventions that help children reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct consultations and assessments tailored to each child's unique needs
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment programs
- Provide direct therapy and family education to promote meaningful progress
- Maintain organized client files and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy with a current California license
- A minimum of 1 year pediatrics experience, preferably with familiarity in RCOC
- Strong knowledge of early intervention principles, developmental milestones, and evidence-based practices
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean) are a plus!
Preferred but not required:
- Previous experience in early intervention settings
Work Schedule:
- Part-time position, approximately 6-10 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling over two days to accommodate availability
- Services provided in our clinic locations (Brea and Garden Grove) and in clients' homes
Pay Range: $75-85 per hour
