Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to elicit, analyze, and define requirements and solution approaches
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts (e.g., mockups)
- Facilitate discussions, planning sessions, and feature refinement activities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and technical concepts into clear business language
- Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solution options
- Support decision-making by providing structured analysis and recommendations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and BA practices
- Take ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle as part of a Scrum team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on customer-facing web or mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML or similar)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum software delivery environments
- Proven ability to write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and sprint management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2–C1)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Azure DevOps administration or advanced usage
