Server Assistant - Fulton

Job Description

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings make guests feel unique and valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service consistent with Accor standards.
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar operations while maintaining exceptional service flow.
• Set, reset, and maintain dining tables and bar seating to luxury presentation standards.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately, ensuring proper timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs by refilling beverages, clearing courses, refreshing place settings, and responding promptly to requests.
• Polish and stock glassware, flatware and service equipment.
• Support large parties, private events, and banquet-style service as needed.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, bars, service stations, and back-of-house areas

• Previous service experience an asset
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset, but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Demands

This position requires:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
