Preparar e montar pratos, cuidando dos padrões de apresentação e segurança alimentar exigidos, bem como auxiliar o superior imediato na manutenção dos controles da área.

• Curso de boas práticas de segurança alimentar Desejável Superior cursando em áreas afins
• CONHECIMENTOS ESPECÍFICOS Mínimo
• Conhecimentos e aplicação das diversas técnicas de preparo de alimentos
• Conhecimentos e aplicação das boas práticas de segurança alimentar
• Noções de nutrição Desejável
• Composição de custos de alimentos
