Support the Supply Chain team, specifically the Foreign Trade, Planning and Warehouse areas, by assisting in daily operational activities, ensuring smooth material flow, and maintaining compliance with documentation and internal procedures.
General
- Generation and follow-up of Purchase Orders (PO)
- Issuance of invoices, certificates of origin, CLV and other export shipping documents
- Preparation and update of reports related to Foreign Trade, Warehouse and Planning activities
- Support with coordination and management of client samples
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with internal procedures
- Support in process improvement initiatives and compliance with company policies.
Requisitos
Tools you'll work with:
- Microsoft Office Advanced (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Power Apps + Power Automate (desirable)
- SAP (desirable)
Languages:
- English intermediate required
