Dave Smith Motors is hiring a Accessory Sales associate for our store.  As a Accessory Sales associate which  you will play an important role in creating a fantastic guest experience at our store. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you.  

  What You’ll Do:   

• Assist with selection of accessories, presentation of protection products and overall guest experience. 
• Provide clear, transparent options for our guests to make well-informed decisions   
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure that every one of our guests, have an unparalleled experience. 
• Take pride in your work, celebrate with guests and be a part of a team that believes in doing things the right way.

(The Accessory Sales Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Monthly Draw.  The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.)
