We’re looking for an experienced HR Director to lead our people strategy, build scalable HR frameworks, and drive organizational growth within a fast-growing company.
Requirements
* 10+ years of HR experience.
* Proven experience in an HR Director / Head of HR / Senior HR Leadership role.
* Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.
* Proven ability to build HR strategies, systems, and processes from the ground up.
* Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.
* Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
* SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across all business functions.
* Build and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee frameworks.
* Design and implement performance management and employee development strategies.
* Drive employee engagement and build a strong company culture.
* Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
* Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and business growth.
* Analyze HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
