### What You'll Do:

Callout assigned driver leads to assist and follow-up with the existing driver applications

Upsell and highlight the benefits of joining Lalamove as a partner-driver to ensure that the target is consistently met

Validate driver applications to determine approval or rejection based on documented processes.

Accurately verify submitted documents, and timely recording of findings

Adhoc tasks necessary to hit the targets and/or complete the tasks assigned

### What We Seek:

A passionate customer service professional who can assist our incoming partner riders with their application process

### What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is preferred

Excellent data-related skills with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (mostly in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet)

Strong communication skills, customer service, and attention to details.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)

Proficient in handling and analyzing data

Ability to communicate effectively in Cebuano (Bisaya)
