Job Description
To lead and drive strategic engagement with key developers and large real estate groups across India (around 30 key developers in luxury segment), ensuring specification, approval, and business growth of company solutions across residential, commercial & mixed used. The role will focus on developing long-term partnerships with top developers, driving project influence at early stages, and achieving sustainable business growth through Key Project Management (KPM).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute national KPM strategy for key developers across Bangalore & Hyderabad.
- Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key stakeholders.
- Identify strategic developer accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning.
- Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, building finishes, and related construction solutions.
- Influence specifications at design stage and ensure conversion into business.
- Support and work together with Sika regional/zonal teams in securing and executing key projects.
- Manage national project pipeline from concept to execution through effective cross-functional coordination.
- Conduct technical presentations, customer day, workshops, and value engineering discussions with stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging sectors inside this business domain.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- MBA in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
- Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at regional level.
- Experience in driving specification and project management preferred.
- Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
