This Emerging Talent Table is an invite-only roundtable dinner for women in STEM who want to get to know IMC in a more intimate setting. You'll sit down with IMC traders, technologists and researchers, hear how they actually got here, and ask the questions you won't find answers to online.

No presentations. No pressure. Just good food, honest conversations, and smart women around the table.

Is this you?

You might be a great fit if you are:

• In your first-or-second year of university with a minimum distinction average
• Enrolled in a technical degree across maths, engineering, science, statistics, physics, tech or other STEM-related fields
• Curious about careers in trading, technology or quantitative research roles
• Like asking astute questions, sharing ideas, and meeting others who are just as curious as you

What to expect

• An intimate dinner with a small group of your peers and the women of IMC
• Open conversations about career paths, internships and grad roles
• A real look at how trading, research and technology work together at IMC
• A chance to build genuine connections, minus the awkward networking
