Your role as Sales Assistant.

As a Sales Assistant, you advise customers on the latest electronics, gadgets and accessories. You will work in our store in the departure area of Venice Airport, where you meet travelers from different countries every day and help them find the right product.

You make sure customers leave the store with a good feeling and the right item. Sometimes you help someone find headphones for their journey, and other times it might be a camera, speaker, drone or gift. Together with your colleagues, you also ensure a neat store presentation, well-stocked shelves and clear promotions. You will also support at the checkout, so customers can continue their journey quickly and satisfied.

What will you do?

• Advise customers on electronics, gadgets and accessories;
• Help customers in a friendly and service-oriented way;
• Ensure a neat and commercial store presentation;
• Refill products and keep promotions clearly visible;
• Process payments quickly and correctly;
• Work together with colleagues in an international retail environment.

You are enthusiastic, positive and customer-oriented. You enjoy working with people from different countries and cultures. Because you work at an airport, no two days are the same. You remain friendly, think along with customers and help them in a pleasant way.

You also recognize yourself in the following:

• Flexible availability for 24 hours per week;
• Able to work early in the morning or later in the evening; the store is open from 05:00 to 21:00;
• Good command of English and Italian; additional languages are a plus;
• You have lived in Italy for at least five years, so we can apply for an airport badge;
• Interest in electronics and willingness to learn about new products;
• A commercial mindset and enjoyment in advising customers.
