Job Description
We are building a new systematic US equities trading initiative and are looking for experienced traders with a strong understanding of alpha generation, portfolio construction, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate systematic equity trading opportunities.
- Collaborate with research and technology teams on strategy deployment.
- Identify new sources of alpha across US equities.
- Drive improvements in execution and portfolio construction.
- Participate in the design of trading infrastructure and analytics.
Qualifications
Requirements
- 5+ years trading US equities.
- Experience running or contributing to profitable systematic strategies.
- Understanding of alpha generation, risk management and portfolio construction.
- Experience with intraday and/or medium-frequency strategies.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure.
